Gold Level
-Coaches at least 3 figure skaters of any level from underrepresented backgrounds in ice skating or at least one skater at the international competitive level (Novice/ Junior/ Senior)
-scheduled to attend at least 2 Diversify Ice coaches meeting.
-at least one skater is signed up for Diversify Ice learn to skate membership

Silver Level
-Coaches at least 2 figure skaters from underrepresented backgrounds in ice skating or at least one skater at the National competitive level (Novice/ Junior/ Senior)
-scheduled to attend at least 1 Diversify Ice coaches meeting.

Bronze Level
-Coaches at least 1 figure skater from underrepresented backgrounds in ice skating
-scheduled to attend at least 1 Diversify Ice coaches meeting.

What you get:
